Paypal has told me since we do so much business that they want to keep 8689.00 USD in limbo to "protect you" in case I fail to deliver products. Of course I can not afford to loose that much money. But with all of my calls i'm told that they can not help me get around this hold on my account unless I let them hold the next 8689.00 in payments. So we will need to figure out a different payment method, with allot of research it seems direct bank transfer is the only way around the Payment Processors bi-laws.
