と表示されておりましたので、私たちは配達時にお客様が18才以上である署名をすれば受け取れると認識しておりました。
これは私たちの認識が間違いだったのですね？

That's why we thought it would be OK if the customer signs on delivery confirming that he is under the age of 18.
It seems that we misunderstood what the sentence meant, doesn't it?
では受注した際、私たちセラーがお客様の年齢を確認しなければならないのでしょうか？
それはメールでの確認で良いのでしょうか？
それともAmazonのシステムで確認する方法があるのでしょうか？
もしくはこれらの製品は販売の許可が必要なのでしょうか？

Well when I receive an order, do we as the seller have to check the age of the customer?
