自分が教えるところにしたがって生きる父として生きていました。4:16でこう言ってます。
このことは僕も会社で後輩にはこのように接しようと思いました。
6:6でこういってます。兄弟が兄弟を告訴するということは、内輪もめであり、それを人に見せることは恥ずかしいことです。
夫婦間でも人前で口論することは恥ずかしいので、控えます。。

It was not like commanding people to obey him as a master, it was like living following the moral which he teaches as a father himself. It is said in 4:16.
I think I would like to make a relationship like him with my younger colleagues at work.
It is said in 6:6. If a brother accuses another brother, it is called domestic trouble and showing people that kind of thing is a shame.
Quarreling between a married couple is a shame too, it should be avoided.
