③日本の代理店に状態を説明したら、中の基盤かモーターの不良ではないかとの返事をもらいました。
1. I have inserted a brand-new battery. It is now being operated by batteries only.
2. As for "Align", I tried all the methods, but it goes to "No Response" mode and does not move at all.
3. I explained to the authorized dealer in Japan about the error, and they responded to me as saying it could be an error of its internal board or the motor.
