添付ファィルの請求書を本店に転送して下さい。明日の朝 お客さんから支店に電話してもらうようにします。
次回は、靴の発注しかありません。一度、お客さんに費用を建て替えて頂いて、近日中 彼に返金して頂く事でも宜しいでしょうか。
今回の支払い金額が少ないので、次回 出荷する商品の時に、一緒に支払っても宜しいでしょうか。

Changes to your invoice can not be made by any of our staff instore. You must make your request for it to be changed at the main branch.
