初めまして、私は日本でアクセサリーショップを経営している(名前)と申します。Xを新しく取り扱いたいのですが卸値で購入することは可能ですか？日本ではXは取り扱いがあまりありません。公式のオンラインストアでの購入は、英語ということもあり、日本人には敷居が高いことなのです。例え欲しい商品があっても、日本人は日本語でないと購入しない場合が非常に多いです。私の店は在庫を持たずに、売れてから仕入れるスタイルで販売しています。ぜひ、お取り引きしたいです。よいお返事をお待ちしております。

In Japan, there are few X are turned over. Buying X on official online store is difficult for Japanese because it is in English. Japanese are tend to not buying without Japanese description if they wanted to. My shop has no stock and buy in when the items are sold. I do want to have a deal with you. Hello. This is (name) who runs accessory shop in Japan. I would like to handle the X for the first time but could I buy it in a wholesale price? In Japan, there are not so many X items. Purchasing in the official online store, it is in English so it is difficult for Japanese. Even though they want something there, Japanese often give up buying if there were not Japanese description. For the formal commerce online stor, the same thing also can be describe in English, Japanese request more. For example, although there is the goods Japanese wanted, they often do not say they want directly. In my shop, I did not stock goods, my shop is a type of that: after goods oudered, then purchases. Purchasing X at the official online store is tough hurdle for Japanese since it is written in English. In exceedingly many cases, Japanese don't purchase if it is not written in Japanese even if they have items they want. My shop don't have stocks but procure after selling.
