既にAから連絡の通り、2日に会議が行われます。この会議で我々が用いる資料を添付の通り作成しました。黄色箇所について、こちらでは内容が分からない為、確認の上インプットをお願い致します。その他も全体を確認頂き、不足、修正等必要でしたら修正下さい。会議当日はイベント概要をそちらから説明の上、見積詳細について我々から説明する流れになるかと思います。なお先日問い合せのAについて、8ドル程度の安価で状態の良い中古品はなかなか見つかりません。AはBに比べ日本では多く流通していない為です。

Would you also check the whole part and correct if some parts are missing or need correction? In the meeting on the day, you will explain overview of the event first, and after that, we will explain details of estimate. As for A you inquired a few days ago, it is hard to find an used item in good quality as low as 8 dollars. The reason is that in comparison with B, A is not distributed much in Japan.

As A already informed you, the meeting will be held on 2. I created the document that we will used in the meething as attached. Regarding the part which are marked with yellow, please confirm it and add any information because we do not know about the matter. Also, I would like you to check the other part in the document and put anything or amend it if necessary. I believe that you will explain about the summary of the event and then we will explain about the estimate in detail on the day. By the way, regarding the A you asked the other day, it is difficult to find that it is around 8 dollars and the condition is good. Because the A is not distributed in larger quantities than the B in Japan.
