After I received following e-mail from you, I replied to you several times to ask you to make official cancellation request, but I could not get any response from you. So I have cancelled your order.
I appreciate if you understand the situation mentioned above.
As the customer sent an e-mail mentioned below, I replied back to the customer many times to ask him to make a cancellation request officially. But I have not received any response from the customer.
As the due date of the delivery is over, I cancelled the order. But I am not responsible for this.
I am worried about the possibility that the cancellation rate would get worse.
Please investigate this order further, and provide an appropriate evaluation on it.

Because I have received your Email below, I replied you asking for formal cancelling request many time. But since I haven't got any reply yet, the order has been cancelled. Please understand it.
The customer sent me the Email below, so I asked for formal cencelling forms for many time. But he never replied me.
It was the deadline of shipment but this order had been cancelled. It is not my responsibility.
I'm afraid that the Cancellation Rate would get worse though.
