当店が利用している在庫や出品価格を自動的に改定するシステムが深夜に誤動作し、実情に合わない価格や納期で出品され多数受注しておりました。
その受注について22件を「Pricing Error」として先ほどキャンセル処理させていただきました。

The system which manages the inventory and updates the listing price automatically, which we use, malfunctioned in the midnight last night, so the items were listed with unreasonable prices and delivery date, and we received a lot of orders based on such unreasonable condition.
Regarding those orders, I have just completed cancellation process as "Pricing Error" for 22 orders among them.
I am afraid if it takes time for me to cope with them, then the customers would be disappointed much more.
Regarding the root cause, the system developer in now investigating, but I deeply apologize that I had to cancel many orders at once.
