当店が利用している在庫や出品価格を自動的に改定するシステムが深夜に誤動作し、実情に合わない価格や納期で出品され多数受注しておりました。

その受注について22件を「Pricing Error」として先ほどキャンセル処理させていただきました。
時間が経過するとお客様の失望が大きくなることがありますので。

原因についてはシステム開発者が現在調査中ですが、このように一度多数のキャンセルをするに至ったことを深くお詫び申し上げます。

A system that we use for inventory and prices to be automatically updated experienced at midnight, causing it to receive many orders with wrong prices and lead times.

I have canceled 22 of those orders as "Pricing errors" because customers' disappointment would become greater as time passes.

A system developer is looking into a cause of it, and I am deeply sorry about the fact that I had to cancel many order at a time.
