先ほどお電話にてお話させていただきました腎臓移植について、詳細をお知らせ致します。
その前に今回移植をお願いしましたのは中国ナンバーワンの病院である、天津第一病院東方移植センターの医院長である沈医師に特別に政府関係者と言う事でお願い致しました。
現在中国では外国人の移植は出来ない状況ですが、特別に私の友人としてお願いしましたので、くれぐれも途中で辞める等の事が無いよう宜しくお願い致します。
As per our conversation about the kidney transplant earlier, I would like to inform you about the details. Before I proceed further, please note that the transplant request this time around was made to the chief doctor, Dr. Ching, of the top hospital in China, Tianjin Number One Hospital Eastern Transplantation Center, telling him that this is a special transplant case as the patient is one of the government officials.
Currently in China, the situation is such that it is difficult to perform transplants on foreign patients. However, I requested the doctor to specially perform the surgery on you as you are my dear friend. I strongly hope that you will not decide to quit this operation halfway down the road.
天津第一病院は中国が誇る最高峰の病院です。
腎臓移植は毎日の様に３０ある手術室にて行われており、執刀医は全て１５００例以上の臨床経験を持っています。
恐らく世界最高の移植手術と、最高のドナーが得られるものと思います。
HLA（白血球の血液型）も２座以上合致し、組織適合性が非常に高く、生着率も世界一と言われております。

Kidney transplants are performed daily in 30 operating rooms, and the hospital's operating surgeons have had more than 1,500 clinical experiences each.

It is believed that HLA (a blood type of white blood cells) matches in more than 2 types, its histo-compatibility is very high and kidney take rate is also on the top level.

さて、日程ですが、まずこちら天津空港までおいで頂き、弊社日本アンビスインターナショナルメディカルサポートセンターが空港到着より、ご帰国までの間通訳及びサポートをさせていただきます。
天津空港より車で病院までご搬送し、その後入院、そして２－３日間程度検査入院となります。そしてドナーが出るまでおよそ１箇月程度（長くとも）待機となります。
ドナーですが、今月２５日までが中国では最もドナー多く出る時期ですので、できれば来週中に渡航すべきであると思います。
As for the schedules, please come over to Tianjin Airport firstly. Our company, Japan Anbis International Medical Support Center (JAIMSC), will do interpretation for you and attend to you throughout your stay from the time of your arrival at the airport until the time of your departure.
From Tianjin Airport, we will take you to the hospital by car. Thereafter, you will be admitted to the hospital for about 2 to 3 days to do some exams on your body. It will then take about 1 month or so before we can get a donor for you.
Regarding the donor, the number of donors gets to its highest before the 25th day of this month. Therefore, I suggest that you travel within next week or so.
そうすれば直ぐに移植手術できる可能性が高くなります。
術後はおよそ２－３週間程度で退院となります。
費用は５０万ドルをご用意頂きます。費用は渡航費、ホテル代、及び食費を除く全てが含まれています。
費用は下記口座に出発前までに振込をお願い致します。
渡航の日程、飛行機の便名、添乗者等の情報を至急お知らせください。
また、もしES細胞にて糖尿病の治療をする場合、別途３０万ドル掛かります。
If we do that, the transplant operation will be possibly performed straightway. You may leave hospital 2-3 weeks after the operation.
For the expense, please prepare 500,000$. This includes everything but travelling, hotel and food cost.
Please remit the money to the following account before your departure.
Please inform me your flight name, schedule and partners as early as possible.
Moreover, if you need ES cell diabetes therapy, another 300,000$ is necessary.
同時期にES細胞移植をするのであれば、お知らせ下さい。
医師からの推薦は、まずES細胞移植し、糖尿病を治療し、免疫力を高め、その後移植するのがベターであると言われております。
その場合、ドナーの時期が近接していますので早めにご対応ください。
If you also wish to proceed with ES cell transplant during the same period, please let me know.
The doctor says that it is better if ES cell transplant be performed first, then diabetes be treated, immune strength be strengthen, and thereafter the kidney transplant be operated.
If you would like to take the above process, please let me know as soon as possible as the number of donors hit its highest soon, as I said earlier.
