FBA販売を行った以下の商品について先日返品が発生しました。
返品された商品をFBAセンターから弊社に郵送し、商品の状態を細かく確認しました。
すると以下の事実が分かりました。
・予備のバッテリーが同梱されていない
・マニュアルが紛失している
・商品は開封されDroneも使用済である
この注文について販売履歴を確認すると購入代金が全額返金されていました。
こうしたケースでは返送された商品の状態に応じて、補償を受け取ることは可能ですか?
すべての返送品の状態は写真で証拠を残しています。

A returned item occured yesterday regarding the item below which were sold as FBA.
We sent the returned item from FBA center to our office, and inspected the item condition.
It turned out the facts below.
・Spare batteries were not enclosed.
・The description was missing.
・The item was opened and the Drone was used.
We checked the sales history on this order, and the buying price was fully refunded.
Would it be possible to get compensation depending on the condition of the returned item in such a case?
We left the proof in pictures on the conditions of all the returned goods.
We sent the returned item from FBA center to our office, and inspected the item condition.

Then I found out the following.
- Extra battery was not included
- Instruction manual is lost
- This item had been opened and Drone had been used as well
As I checked sales history of this item, full refund was made for the purchase amount.
In such case, is it possible to receive compensation depending on the condition of item?
