Once you decide the date and the time of telephone conference, please let me know. As I will be working on-site, I sometimes have difficulty to hear the ring alert so I may not be able to catch your call. So please let me know in advance by e-mail. I appreciate your help.

Could you let me know by email when you find a date and time of the conference call, please? I may not be able to recognize the phone ringing due to the noise in my circumstances, therefore the prior notice will be very helpful.
