Regarding additional $2.99 you paid as a shipping option, your order has been shipped by a regular shipment due to an error of our shipping department. Because of this, there is no tracking number for your order.
Also it is rate, but an ordered item may be lost in transit or returned here. Just in case, I will make a refund of the product price and $2.99 as a shipping option to you so that no damage will affect you.
