Please excuse me but i can't use PayPal at this moment as i am in divorce with my wife and all my accounts including PayPal are blocked till the end of the divorce that is why i have to use Western Union.

申し訳ありませんが、私は現在妻と離婚の協議中のためペイパルを利用できません。ペイパルを含む全ての口座が離婚協議が終了するまで停止されているため、振込サービス会社であるウエスタン・ユニオンを使わざるを得ないのです。

申し訳ありませんが、私は妻と離婚協議中なので今はPayPalを使えません。PayPalなどアカウントすべては離婚が成立するまで使えません。こういう理由でウェスタンユニオンを使用せざるを得ません。
