SN100 have not been shown the pH why?

ーCO100分析の証明書に示されているpH（1.0ｇ、水 10ｍｌ）についての理由説明をお願いします：4.3+/-0.4、しかし仕様では10.3+/-0.3です。
AG100分析の証明書に示されているpH（1.0ｇ、水100ｍｌ）についての理由説明をお願いします：10.0+/-1.0、しかし仕様では4.5+/-0.3です。
またSN100の分析には、pHが示されていませんが、なぜですか？
