Did Amazon pay back to you?
And did Amazon guide you where to send back?
I'm now giving approval to your returning request, but now Amazon has an error in their system. Now their person in charge solving this trouble. I heard that it needs some days to settle this trouble.

Did you received refund from Amazon and got information about the address for the return ?
We think we admit your return request, but an Amazon system error is occurring. One of our staffs are at it, but the problem will take a few more days to be settled.
