I found out the result of investigation by post office today. For some reason, items piled up at shipping station. Such case is extremely rare in Japanese post office. our item is scheduled to leave for US by air cargo from Tokyo within today. As tracking information on website is linked to data from Japanese post office, in many cases there is time lag of 1 to 2 days, so I think information will be shown on the website by day after tomorrow.
