商品到着のご連絡ありがとうございます。念の為、事実確認をさせて下さい。お客様が仰っている内容は、到着した荷物の中に、１つの人形しか入っていなかったということなのでしょうか。私はこの商品をあなたへ発送する際、商品紹介サイトに記載の通り、ペア、すなわち２つの人形を箱に入れて送りました。右に置く人形１つ、左に置く人形１つの、合計２つです。
しかし、仮に一つしか入っていなかったとすると、税関検査や郵便局で開封されるなどして１つが紛失したか、盗まれてしまったケースしか考えられないです。

Thanks for letting me know the arrival of the item. Just in case, I'd like to check what happened. What you are saying is that there was only 1 doll inside the parcel which arrived, is that right? When making shipment to you, exactly as written on item description site, I put a pair, that means 2 dolls were put in the box. 1 doll to put on right, 1 doll to put on left, total 2 dolls. However, if there was only 1 enclosed, all I can think of is that 1 was lost when the parcel was opened at the customs inspection or post office, or might have stolen.

When I sent it to you, I included 2 dollars in the box as is listed on the website where the item is introduced.
1 is put at right and another 1 is put at left, which means 2 in total.
However, only 1 was included. It must be that 1 was lost or stolen when it was checked at customs or opened at post office.
