①セブンイレブン店頭にてお支払い、発券でチケットを受け取られましたお客様：
発券時と同じ状態のチケットを発券店舗にお持ち込みいただき
払い戻し手続きが可能です。
（セブン-イレブン店頭での払戻しは5月31日(火)23:59までとなりますのでご注意ください）。
ご返金金額は、チケット代金とお支払い済みの発券手数料(チケット１枚につき￥105)のみとなります。
<Those who bought via Kyodo Tokyo>
1, Those who made a payment, issue the ticket, and recieved it at a Seven-Eleven:
Bring it in the same condition as you received it and you will be able to get refund.
(Note that the deadline for the refund at a Seven-Eleven is by May 31st (Thu) 23:59.)
The amount you get refund is for the tickets, and the fee (105yen per a ticket.)
システム利用料￥350は、セブン-イレブンでの返金は対応いたしかねますので、
ご希望のお客様は②の簡易書留での返金対応をご利用下さい。
また、発券店舗へのお持ち込みが難しいお客様は、②の簡易書留での返金対応をご利用下さい。
②クレジットカードにてお支払い・コンビニエンスストアにて発券されたお客様、発送にてチケットを受け取られたお客様：
お手持ちの公演チケットを簡易書留にてお送り下さい。後日現金書留にてご返金致します。
You wont get refund for the system fee 350yen at a Seven-Eleven so if you would like,please used the 2 recorded delivery.
Also if it is inconvenient to bring it to the store,you can use the service above as well.
2, Those who paid with a credit card, issued it at a convenience store, and recieved it by mail:
Please send it with a recorded delivery.
You will get refund later by a registered mail.
ご返金金額は、チケット代金とお支払い済みの手数料(システム利用料￥350)、
チケット返送時の郵送代の実費とさせて頂きます(上限￥450 とさせて頂きます)。
手数料の返金はご購入者からチケットを返送された場合に限ります。
※同封頂くもの：チケット、購入者の氏名・住所・電話番号を記したメモ
現金書留は申込時のご住所にお送り致しますが、
返金先の住所がお申し込み時より変更になる場合には返送時にメモにてお知らせ下さい。
