だけど、板をやすりで削ってすごく大変だったから、まさか初めから書きやす用ように
加工してある板があるなんて感激したよ～
早速つくったよ！

I am also making the same type of the art kit you gave me
as it is very popular in Japan.
But I was impressed with the processed wood for the kit
to easily write on as I thought it quite tiresome to grind the board
with a file.
I made it right away!
