貴社から送信されたカード決裁情報が暗号化されていない、もしくは貴社から送信されたカード決裁情報のセキュリティ証明が不正なため、セキュリティチェックエラーが発生しています。
セキュリティチェックエラーのため、クレジットカード会社に売上情報が届いていません。
したがって、クレジットカード会社は決裁出来ません。
