発送後に2週間経過後に追跡結果の検索、そしてお客様へのフォローメールを配信。
2週間たって反映がない場合は配送状況の調査をかけます。
調査結果で紛失が判明した場合は、速やかにEMSにて再発送します。
EMSは3-7日ほどで到着するので配達期限内に全ての商品を到着させることができます
また、お客様のご希望によっては再発送せずに即座に返金いたします。

Measure 2
-Mandatory tracking of all items
Make a research of tracking result two weeks after a shipment and then delivery to a follow-up e-mail to a customer. In case the tracking information does not appear on the tracking system two weeks after the shipment, we investigate the delivery status.
When a missing is found as a result of an investigation, we will reship the same product via EMS as soon as possible.
EMS mails arrive to customers within 3-7 days, so we can delivery all the products within an estimated delivery time. In case a customer wants a refund, we will not reship a product and issue a refund immediately.
