We need the correct international billing address,
the name as it appears on the card and the issuing
bank's telephone number. This will help us to obtain
approval from the bank for this charge and release
your order for shipment.
To expedite the process of your order, you have the
option of faxing a copy of your billing statement. The
billing statement should contain your name, billing
address and the last four digits of the card number on
the statement. Please include the order number for
reference.
正確な海外の請求書送付先住所、カード上に記載されている名前、カード発行銀行の電話番号が必要となります。これらの情報をもとに、本請求に関しまして銀行からの認証を得ることができ、また商品の発送手続きを進めることができます。
貴方のオーダー処理を手早く進めるため、請求書のコピーをFAXにて送信して頂く、というオプションもございます。請求書上には、貴方のお名前とカード番号の最後4桁が記載されているかと思います。参考のためオーダー番号の記載をお忘れのないようお願い致します。
