残念なお知らせがあります。昨日スタッフの検品後に一応私自ら最終検品を行ったところ、サウンドに少し違和感があることに気づきました。
ギター内部をチェックしたところ、木の腐食のようなものとひび割れが見つかりました。見た目では気づきませんがサウンドには影響します。
仕入の段階で気づくべきでしたが、私共のスキル不足のため発見が遅れてしまいました。このようなギターをお客様に販売するわけにはいきません。
楽しみにして頂いていたのに期待を裏切ってしまう結果となり本当に申し訳ございません。

Bad news. After our staff inspected the item yesterday, I myself did final check and I noticed something little strange in sound. As I checked inside the guitar, I found something like rotten wood and split. You wouldn't notice from its appearance, but it does affect sound.
I should have noticed when I got supply, but due to our lack of skill, it was found later than it should have been. We cannot sell such guitar to our customer.
I am really sorry for not being to meet your expectation while you were looking forward to receiving it.

We inspected one more time after the inspection staff did just in case, we found it sounds strange.
We checked the inside nof the guitar the wood was rotten and cracked.
It looked ok but it affects to the sounds.
We should have noticed it when getting but because of our lack of skills it couldn't have been found.
We can't sell this kind of guitar.
We are truly sorry for making you disappointed in this way.
