The insurance claim thru the post office is in progress, with all the paperwork completed on my end. When the refund is sent out it will be a check from the post office to you including the Shipping fee you paid. You will receive 100% of what you paid me. What you have to do now, when you have a chance is: Take the McIntosh Amp in the packaging to your nearest Post Office, they will want to see the damage and they will also keep the item there. I took all the photo's to my post office, now you just need to do that part and you should receive your check in about 10 business days. I feel very bad this had to happen, it's only happened to me once before with all the thousands of items I've sent!
郵便局に対して保障額の支払い手続きを行っています。こちら側からの必要な書類は、既にすべて提出してあります。今回の分の払い戻しは送料も含めた金額が郵便局からの小切手という形で送付されます。いただいた金額の全額をお返しします。さて、そちらでしていただかなくてはならないことがあります。お時間がある時でいいのですが、商品のマッキントッシュ・アンプをパッケージに入った状態でお近くの郵便局にお持ちください。郵便局では破損の程度を確認し、商品も預かってくれると思います。私が撮った送付前の商品の写真は全部こちらの郵便局に持って行きました。あとはそちらが営業日10日間以内に上記のようにしていただければ、払い戻しの小切手が送られますので、よろしくお願いします。こんなことになって、本当に申し訳ないと思っています。何度も商品を送ってきましたが、配送中に破損したのは今まで一度しかなかったのに！
