発送元の郵便局、EMS、国際交通局等、思い当たるすべての機関をあたってみましたが、
発送後（日本から海外に到着後）の住所変更はどうしても認めてもらえませんでした。
身分証明書や発送の証拠等を提示して現地の郵便局で受け取ることは可能でしょうか？
差出人住所、届け先住所、内容物、価格、署名等、送り状に私が記載した内容すべてを証拠としてお伝えします。

I have looked all institutions I could think of such as the post office of the sender, EMS and international transport bureau, etc.
However, they won't accept the address change after shipment (after arriving abroad from Japan).
Would it be possible to receive the parcel at the local post office by presenting ID or proof of shipment, etc?
I will tell you all the contents I have written on the invoice such as return address, receiver's address, content of the parcel, price,and signature.
