今回の案件は、既に別の運送会社を使う事で、本社から承諾を得ていると連絡しています。
申し訳ないんですが、本日中に運送会社と連絡して、依頼書を入手して頂けませんでしょうか。これ以上、商品の引き渡しが遅くなるとキャンセルとディスカウントとお客さんが言ってくるので、対応お願い致します。

My client does not want to use this travel agency because it takes too long to organize the flight. In regards to the different matter, it has been almost two weeks for shipment even though the products are already in the warehouse.
It is my understanding that you already have an approval from the corporate office to use another courier company. Is it possible for you to contact the courier company today and obtain a written request? If this is going to delay any further, I'm afraid the client might cancel or ask for the discount. I would appreciate it if you could attend to this matter at your earliest convenience.
