eBayのシステム上でエラーが発生しており、
eBay上から返金することができない状態になっています。
なので、Paypalの送金機能を使って送金しますので、

受け取りに関するメールが届きますので承認して下さい。
Paypalの手数料を加味して$74を送金する予定です。

the refund could not be proceed through eBay.
Please be recognized that an email will be delivered to your registered email in Paypal
as an approval.
Considering the Paypal fee too, we will remit $74 to your account.
