・MのプログラムをB側で営業活動をし、受注が成功した場合の売上割合(取り分)
1)Bが集客したお客様を紹介し、その案件で受注した場合(Bの営業同行なし):紹介フィー10%
2)Bが営業受注まで同行し、窓口・共同提案で受注した場合:紹介フィー20%
3)Bだけで受注活動が完了した場合:30%

<Partnership of duty>
Ratio of sales amount in case where we receive an order when B works on marketing of M's program
1. If introduce a customer that B found, and receive the order for it (when B does not go with in marketing): fee of introduction is 10 percent.
2. If B goes with until working on marketing and receiving an order and receive the order at window and by joint proposal: fee of introduction is 20 percent
3. If only B completes receiving the order: 30 percent

<Business Tie-up Proposal>
・To incorporate M's programme during business activities at B side. When an order is confirmed, sales distribution will be carried out (A share)
1) In the case of introducing customers provided by B and the same order is confirmed (without accompaniment of sales from B) : 10% of the introduction fee
2) In the case of accompaniment of B during order placement and the co-proposal or window order is accepted : 20% of the introduction fee
3) In the case of completion of the entire order placement by B: 30%
