写真から２つの原因が推測できます。
１．ローラー取り付けナットは同じように見えてサイズの違いや方向性があり、写真のように取り外した場合、正常にネジを切ることができなくなります。
２．もし仮に上記ナットを取り外さなかった場合でも、スポークのそり具合はアジャストナットを数度調整することでねじ山の深さが調節が可能です。この締め付け具合でスポークのそり具合は解消することが多いです。
元の状態に戻すのは困難かと思われますので、返送していただければ日本で修理いたしますがいかがでしょう？
From the picture I can guess 2 possible reasons.
1. The nuts holding the roller might look the same, but they have different sizes and directions, so if you took it out like in the picture, it may not be able to properly cut the screw.
2. Even if you did not take the nut out, one can adjust the spoke warpage and the depth of the screw thread by calibrating the adjust nut. Most problems with the spoke warpage go away with this.
I think it is difficult to fix the problem to the original condition, so if you can return it, we will fix it in Japan - how does that sound?
