何台もDP-80を販売していますが
プラッターはこんなに不安定にはなりません。
送付前にはこのような状態ではありませんでした。
プラッター部分の設置に問題があるのでしょうか
あるいは、
考えたくはありませんが、モーターの回転軸の曲がりです。
商品到着時に梱包の破損等は無かったのでしょうか

I watched the movie.
I have sold a lot of DP-80, but none of the platters of them have been unstable like this.
It was not like this before we sent it to you.
Is there any problem in platter installation?
Or, it might be due to motor axis bend, which I would not like to imagine, though.
When the item was delivered, was there any breakage or any damage on the package?

I just watched the video.
I have been selling many of DP-80 but platters do not become unstable like this.
Before sending it, the condition was not like this.
I wonder if there is a problem with the platter placement.
Or, I don’t want to think about this but it is because the rotation shaft of the motor became curved.
Did you notice the damage to the packaging when it was delivered?
