こちらで商品を動作確認した際には特に問題がありませんでしたので、なぜ故障してしまったのか？どのような状態になったのか？はカメラを点検に出してみないと正直わかりません。カメラ本体と元箱、レンズはシリアルが連動してるので、本体のみではなく、お送りした物全てを返送してください。返送用のラベルを出せるのはアメリカ国内のセラーのみです。返送料は金額を言ってくれればPayPalから返金しますのでリターンアドレスを送り状に記載して返送してください。よろしく

We haven't run into any problems when we tried to use the product. Honestly, cannot answer the questions "How did it break?" and "What was happening to it?" without inspecting the camera. The body, the box and the lens are related through the serial number, so please return everything, not just the camera. Only an American seller can issue the return label. If you tell me the shipping cost, I'll refund that amount through PayPal, so please write the return address in the shipping invoice and send everything. Best regards.
