I contacted Japannippon and was told they sent the wrong razor and that I could send it back and they would send the right one once they receive the one I had. So, based on shipping times, I would have waited 30 days to finally get the razor I purchased in the first place.

In an effort to make this right and save on unnessesary shipping expenses, I offered to keep the razor and buy another one of their new razors (a Pendoll) at a Best Offer price.

I purchased a Pendoll razor from this same seller weeks earlier for $160 but in response to my offer the seller offered me the Pendoll for $180, $20 more for the same razor I just purchased for $160.

This attempt at a resolution failed so I agreed to send the razor back for another one of the same but with better stamping. The seller did pay for the return postage and I sent the razor back. 10+ days went by until TANAKA received the razor at which time I was given a refund but I did not purchase another one of the same razor, I just kept my returned funds and will not purchase another razor from this seller.
