内容量が少ないとクレームを受けたので、手元にある商品をチェックしてみたところ900g〜930gでした。
この問題を解決するため、以下2点の改善をお願いします。
1.商品Aは4gと5gの入数の比率を4gの割合を増やして、1パックに平均で最低220個入るように。商品Bは3gと4gの入数の比率を3gの割合を増やして1パックに平均で最低280個入るようにしてほしい。
2.IQF後に1kgではなく、IQFする前に NET で 950g 入れるようにしてほしい。
I received a complaint saying that the content is not enough, so I checked the item I had and it weighed 900g to 930g.
In order to solve this issue, please make following 2 improvements.
1. For item A, please increase ratio of 4g for 4g and 5g so minimum 200 pieces are put in 1 pack on average. For item B, please increase ratio of 3g so minimum 280 pieces are put in 1 pack on average.
2. Instead of putting 1kg after IQF, please put 950g NET before IQF.
