・当店では、商品の初期不良がないかどうかをしっかり確認することとしており、検品に時間を要するため、おおむね1週間後の発送となります。なお、発送時には、商品の写真をお送りします。
・お客様が商品の返品を行う場合は、原則として再販売手数料として、商品代金の10%をお支払いいただきます。また、返品送料もお客様の負担となります。この手数料や送料は、返品代金から控除させていただきます。
This is an expensive product, which is why we would like you to accept the following terms:
- We will test the product to make sure it does not show early defects. This process requires time, which is why we'll only ship the product after about a week. We will provide a photo of the product when we ship it.
- In case you want to return the product, we, as a rule, are going to charge you 10% of the product price as a resale fee. You will also be responsible for the shipping charges. We will thus withhold resale and shipping fees from the refunded amount.
