バイヤーから商品不達の連絡がきました。
この商品ですが、発送後、バイヤー不在で郵便局に保管されていたので、郵便局に連絡するようにメールしたのですが、メールが届きませんでした。
そしてバイヤーから商品不達のメールが来ました。
改めてバイヤーにメールしたのですが、やはりメールが届きません。
バイヤーからきたメールには、メルアドが記載されていたようですが削除されています。
どう対応すればいいでしょうか？
