今届いているインボイスはアメリカの転送業者宛ての住所になっているのですが、日本の住所に送っていただきたいのです。
二度目にmakeofferした時のPrimary shipping addressがペイパルに登録してある正式な住所です。（日本の住所）
とりあえず、インボイスで提示していただいた料金を払い、後ほど、日本までの送料の差額を振り込みませていただきたいのですがどうでしょうか？
ややこしいことになって誠にもうしわけございません。

The address on the invoice I have now is the the address of the forwarding agent in the US, but I would like for you to send the product to my Japanese address instead.
The "primary shipping address" when I made the 2nd offer is the official address registered with PayPal (a Japanese address).
My suggestion is that I will pay the amount on the invoice and later, you can refund me that amount minus the shipping fee to Japan. Is that alright?

私は「後ほど、日本までの送料の差額を振り込みませていただきたい」を「料金（マイナス日本までの送料）を業者がKayokoさんに返す」と理解していたのですが、tomcatさんの翻訳は「日本までの送料は後日、料金とは別に、Kayokoさんが振り込む」となっています。たぶん私の方が間違ってると思いますが、念のために説明しておきます。（もっと日本語を勉強しなければ、とほほ）
