As I checked on below Japan Post website, it was delivered on December 30th but due to absence it was returned and kept to the nearest post office. Will you inform below tracking number to your nearest post office and ask when it will arrive? It takes long to ask from outside of your country, so I'm afraid to take your time but please kindly arrange it.

I have checked the condition of the goods at the following Japan post office site. The item was delivered on 30th December, but you were not at home so the item were back to the near post office. You tell the following tracking number to the nearest post office, and ask when you can get the item. It takes long time to ask such information from overseas. I'm sorry to the inconvenience.

As I checked Japan post site as below, item is delivered on December 30th but it was returned to closed post and kept there due to absence.
Please tell the tracking number below at your closest post office to find out when it is expected to be arrived. I am very sorry to cause you trouble but It would take long to respond any inquiry from overseas. Thank you in advance.
