EL033301581JPの番号の商品を受け取っていただき、
RR376779540JPの番号の商品は受け取り拒否してください。
受け取り拒否した商品は、日本の私の店へ送り返されます。
両方受け取られると、返送に郵送料がかかるので注意して下さい。

Regarding receipt, please collect the item numbered EL033301581JP and reject receipt of item numbered RR376779540JP.
The item you rejected will be returned to my shop in Japan.
