返品する前に説明書を今一度ご確認いただけないでしょうか。
マニュアルの通し番号40ページなどに従って操作していただけないでしょうか。
・ソーラー充電を24時間行ってください。
・時差設定をしてみてください。
・電波受信を窓側で行ってください。
・電波受信中は12分間動かさないでください。
上記を試してもだめな場合は電波の自動受信が困難な地域と考えられます。
その場合は手動設定となりますが、それをお望みでない場合でも返品は可能です。
その場合はご連絡をください。詳細な返品方法を連絡します。

Please receive electric wave at window.

- Please try setting time difference
- Please try receiving radio wave at window side
- While receiving radio wave, please do not move it for 12 minutes
If all of the above fail, it might be difficult for the area to automatically receive radio wave.
In that case, manual setting is required but if you don't want to do that you can still return it.
