Hi I have been in contact with the post office on a few occasions now and they have given me a form to fill out and post back to them which I have done and attached a copy to this e-mail. I had trouble doing this as the post office have told me this should be done by your company as it was posted from Japan. Anyway it had been done now so I await your reply.
