１.発送担当のスタッフを新たに雇い、ホリデーシーズンの大量発送にも対応できるようになりました。
２.発送のためのマニュアルを見直し、より効率的に発送処理ができるようになりました。
３.受注管理をシステム化し、受注の見落としがないようになりました。

2. We reviewed shipping manual and shipment process has become more efficient.
3. We systematized order management so we don't overlook orders.
