日本では、この場合税務署から受付印を押してもらう事が出来ません。しかし、さきほどあなた達に提出した書類が開業した証明になると日本の法律で定められています。

I submitted the notification of opening business to the revenue office via the Internet.
In japan, the revenue office doesn't give you an acceptance stamp.
But if the documents you submitted earlier should be a prove under the law that you opened a business.
