In 2014, the actual employment rate of the private enterprises was 1.82%. A "gap" occurs between the actual employment rate and the ratio of the actual number of employment because of the double-counts and the factor of the part-time working. With the "gap" in mind, for 2012 through 2014, I searched the articles relating to the actual employment rate on the national papers (Asahi, Yomiuri, Mainichi, and Nikkei). I found only one company who made an accurate explanation on the actual employment rate. I was able to ratify the importance of the double-counts etc. by several documents, but if I see the treatment in the newspaper articles as an index of its taking a firm hold in the society, it is hard to say to have taken an enough hold there.

With a view to ensuring such a "difference", we made a searched articles related to the actual employment rate from national newspapers (Asahi, Yomiuri, Mainichi, Nikkei) published between 2012-2014. Only one company covered an article with an accurate description about the actual employment rate.
