人形の周りにある分厚いスポンジが足元だけない理由がわかりません
また、梱包箱を絶対に起こしたりしないよう梱包箱に注意書きのシールを貼ってください
寝かしたままの輸送でないとまた同じことになります
頭のしわや鼻の歪みですが、ホットタオルで10分以上試したけど変化がありませんでした
こうならないよう梱包を改善して頂けませんか？
TPE接着剤、ヒートロッドが3つの注文ともありませんでした

Would you package the foot of the doll strictly?
I do not know why the thick sponge around the doll is not put only at the foot of the doll.
Please seal an instruction at the box packaged not to put it up.
The same problem will happen again if it is transported by lying down.
Regarding wrinkles at the head and distortion of the nose, I tried it with hot towel for more than 10 minutes, but no change has occurred.
To prevent it, would you package it better?
There was neither TPE adhesive nor heat rod for 3 orders.
Please included them.
May I have a list of the head that Kitty can provide the same one by 100 percent?

Please pack around the foot more thoroughly.
I don't understand why there is no thick sponge only around the foot while doll is covered by that.
Also, please put sticker on the package box warning not to stand it.
If it's not laid down while transportation, same thing will happen again.
