しかし、写真を見てこちらの希望した顔とあまりにも違うことに驚きました

どう見ても違う顔です
目の形(半開きです)、鼻の形、眉毛の太さ、口(舌は出ていません)
1つも一致するものがありません
これを同じ顔だという人は1人もいないでしょう
2枚目も眉毛の太さも違うし、目の形も微妙に違う、鼻も気になります
工場に写真と同じものを作ってくれと伝えなかったのでしょうか？
それとも伝えた結果がこの顔だったのでしょうか？

However, I was surprised to see the photo since the face was so different from my request.
Please take a good look at the photo.
The face is in any way different.
Shape of eyes (half open), nose shape, thickness of eyebrow, mouth (tongue not sticking out), there is nothing that matches. There should be nobody who says this is the same face.
On the second photo, thickness of eyebrow is different, shape of eyes is slightly different, I'm also concerned about the nose. Didn't you tell the factory to make same one in the photo?
Or was the result of telling them was this face?
