According to USPS website, your parcel will be returned to me if you don't collect it till November 21, but maybe you can still collect it.
USPS does not accept inquiry from the sender, so will you urgently contact USPS from your side?
If it's returned I will resend the item as soon as I receive it, but please note that you will be charged for resending shipping cost.
If you cancel the item, please note that cancellation fee for 30% of the amount of the item is deducted from refund.

According to a site of USPS, if you didn't receive your baggage by November 21, it will be returned to me. But you may still be able to receive it.
USPS can't accept a question from a mailer, so could you make a contact with USPS by yourself immediately?
I will send the goods to you as soon as they are returned to me, but then please pay the postage.
And I would charge you for 30% of merchandise charges in the case of cancellation.

If it is to be returned, I will proceed to send the product once more as soon as I get the package. But you will have to excuse me to ask for the payment for the actual cost of the second shipping.
