覆いをすると、日光が遮られ旨味成分のアミノ酸の一種、
グルタミン酸が豊富になります。
また、覆いをすることで直射日光が当たらないことから、
水色が鮮やかな冴えた緑色になるのです。
製造方法が違う！
深蒸し茶とはその名の通り、製造工程の最初で
茶葉の蒸す時間を通常の2～3倍かけたものです。

# 1 Our cultivation method!
