USPSの仕組みが分かってとても勉強になりました。
Web上のステータスが配達完了になっており、さらに受取完了のPDFを送ってきたので、全ての商品を受け取っているものと思っていました。誠に申し訳ございません
それでは大変お手数ですが、もよりの郵便局にお電話いただき上記３件のお問合せ番号の商品がどこに保管されているのか確認の後商品を受け取ってもらっても良いでしょうか？
今回ご迷惑をおかけしたので、誤って出荷してしまった商品の方も受け取っていただき、そのまま使っていただければと思います

The status on the website became Delivery Comleted and PDF file showing Receipt Completed was sent to me.
So I understood that you received all the items.
I am deeply sorry for that.
Then I'm sorry, but could you receive the three items you asked after calling the nearest post office and confirming where they are kept?
I caused you trouble, so I want you also receive the item I sent by mistake and use it.

The status on website shows delivered and also they sent us PDF of complete delivered so I thought you already received the item.

It may be inconvenience for you but can you inquire the closest post office about the 3 matters above and ask where the inquired item has been kept then get the item?
It caused you this time by my mistake, I would like you to keep the item I sent you by mistake as my apology.
